| TITLE: CFO OF PRIVATELY HELD HEALTHCARE CONGLOMERATE RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate should be an operationally-minded Senior Financial Executive with strong accounting and finance experience. The candidate should have experience in distribution and ideally come from a service industry. He/She should be skilled at business development, strategic analysis and acquisitions, with a proven track record of accomplishments and administrative capability in fast paced entrepreneurial environments. The candidate must be skilled in general management and have strong MIS skills, as well as solid experience in human resources, banking relations and international financial issues. The candidate must be an excellent manager with strong people skills and have knowledge of revenue management with some international exposure. He/She will be a key player in strategic planning/business development, as well as handle the responsibility of all accounting and financial operations. compensation: $150K Base + Bonus |
