PROFESSIONAL FEE: Our standard fee is thirty three and one third percent of the first years total compensation including salary, bonus and other cash compensation. Clients are also billed for out-of-pocket expenses, research time, and telephone and travel, which are directly related to the search. Expenses are handled conservatively, and no major costs are incurred without client approval. BILLING PROCEDURES: Clients are invoiced for professional services in three installments. The first invoice is submitted at the start of the assignment, the second after 30 days, the third when the search is completed, typically 90 days. At the conclusion of the search, if the actual total compensation differs from our initial assumption, then our fee will be adjusted, up or down, to reflect that difference. GUARANTEE: Our work is guaranteed. Should a selected candidate leave within nine months of date of employment for any reason, RSA will reinitiate the search, charging only out-of- pocket expenses.
